Delivery Policy


Please be aware that official Business days in fuse stores are from Sunday to Thursday.

Fridays, Saturdays holidays and public holidays are holiday for all employees of fuse stores and for shipping companies.

Our first mission is to provide you with the best online experience, so we have facilitated the shipping and delivery process for you because your comfort is our priority.

Fuse stores deliver your orders through the Companies fleet, and other companies or individuals may be called upon at peak times to confirm your service and deliver your orders in a timely manner to you.

The delivery method at fuse stores is delivery on the same day or on another day, depending on your geographical area, with the option for you to choose the Appropriate time for you to deliver at any time during the day, week, or even during the month.

In the event of urgent requests within the city of Jeddah please contact customer service and we will do our best to assist you.

The order will be delivered to the address registered in the order, and receiving anyone present at this address will be deemed as your receipt of the order.

In the event that we reach the registered address and no one is present at this address, please contact customer service to determine another time for delivery and the company will not be responsible for any request that passes 3 days from the first date of delivery of the request.

Note that in the event that you are not present at the agreed time for delivery twice, additional fees will be charged for delivery after that, and on the event that the request is returned, the sending and return fees will be deducted from the customers balance.


Delivery fee

It is 30 Saudi riyals for every 15 kilos, each additional kilo with 1 Saudi riyal per order

Fuse stores provide a free delivery service for order over 299 Saudi riyal

Delivery schedule

We provide daily delivery services except Friday and public holidays.

Fuse stores ensure you the safety of the order from theft and damage the moment it leaves our warehouse until the moment of delivery, and fuse stores are not responsible for the product after receipt except in cases related to the replacement and return policies.

The approximate delivery period from the moment the order is sent (From 2 working days to 5 working days) and fuse stores are not responsible for any delay that happend due to delay procedures for receipt by the requester.

A fee will be added to the cost of shipping the order if the place of delivery is located in a remote or remote area.

If you wish to cancel and replace your order, please go to the return policy page and follow the steps listed there.


Shipping fees for sending and returning will be deducted if the customer canceled the order for the following reasons:

ü  I did not like the item

ü  I no longer wanted the item

Please note that your order has already been submitted and you wish to cancel it, you must wait for it to reach you and then proceed with the return procedures.
